About the Foundation
A Message From Our Founder
Welcome to the Foundation
I launched the Com7lete Project foundation in 2018.
I had a concept, a dream, and after much prayer and support from my family and friends, I turned that concept into a foundation. Prior to starting the Com7lete Foundation, I successfully co-created a holistic salon with my business partner Tia Hastye and later, solely created the first women-owned microblading/microshading service in Greensboro, NC , which is known as Com7lete Project LLC. As both companies have grown, I have learned about the many obstacles that women, particularly women of color, face when going into business.
When ask what is one of my greatest weapons, I respond, “Pray, lots of prayer and education”. I’ve learned through my own experiences that minority students are less likely to take bold moves like Tia and I did because of deficit post college, lack of examples, and lack of confidence that someone believes in them. That is why in 2018 we created the Com7lete Project Foundation to support students in their pursuit of education.
“I am so grateful for where I am and I give all glory and honor to God first and foremost. I know who I am. I know whose I am and I know my self-worth. My steps are purposed driven and divinely ordered. It is A Way Of Life. I am Whitney Alexandria Walls and I am COM7LETE!”
