Nicole Hill is a vibrant and accomplished leader. Former engineer turned business owner and corporate executive, Nicole’s 15 years of experience in technology has helped dozens of companies transform their traditional practices of delivering products and increase value to their customers.

Nicole is currently an Executive Director at JP MORGAN CHASE & CO where she provides strategic direction for building next generation products that will transform JPMC’s credit strategy and execution. If ownership is the future, Nicole is making sure to leave a legacy for brown and black girls to follow. She is the co-founder of Magnum Opus, a creative co-working studio for artists in New Jersey; and the co-owner of Antonio Martez LLC.,a creative imagery production house and educational platform for photographers.

When Nicole is not running her companies or leading technology teams, she is in the fight for educational equality. In her many roles within education, Nicole has served as an educational consultant for one of the largest states in the nation; Assistant Director of Operations for a leading network of charter schools focus on closing the achievement gap; and Development Advisor to top fortune 500 companies investing in historically black colleges to grow a more diverse pipeline. Her promise to transform education for all students places her among promising young leaders who are transforming our society and unlocking future development for our nation’s promising talent.

Nicole currently lives with her husband and two sons in Weehawken NewJersey. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University and a Master of Public Administration from New York University, Wagner School of Public Service and Policy. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. She has also been featured in New York’s BetaBeat.com for her role in shattering the glass ceiling as a women in tech .
